2008 E550 4matic, 2007 Audi a6 4.2l sline, 2007 BMW 328i
Bronzed window trim
Hello everyone, just picked up a 08 e550 very nice car! Been reading on the window trim problems with discoloration etc... mines got it too. But mine is a hideous bronzed color and on the indium gray it stands out lol. Anybody else have this turn this color? Any thing to polish it back? And what are these made of aluminum? Chrome? And what about the window divider on rear door? Any luck getting that thing off?

Yep mine are the same color. So is the driver side mirror for some reason. Not a fan of it myself.

You can simply vinyl wrap the trim with black vinyl and it will look as new. Common issue on a ton of cars.

Yep. I wrap those pieces all the time to fix the issues that you're having. Very straight forward process.
