76mm or 72mm pulley
So I just installed my 76mm pulley, I know I have to upgrade my injectors to 550cc's. Just trying to see if I should go lower on the pulley and do a 72mm clutched pulley with 550cc injectors and re-tune through Jerry or stick with what I got. Anyone with 72mm pulley any troubles with it. Did it mess up your supercharger bearings or cause any other issues?. I know about the heat soak. I think Ill be ok with my KC, Tank, Superflow Pump and my Primary HE. It's something I'm considering not really set on it. Any advice is much appreciated.

You can change the pulley size on the crank that drives the supercharger.

I believe stacked pulleys is just changing both the crank and supercharger pulleys for more boost. This pulley I think has a set size for driving the accessories but you can get different sized rings to sit on the supercharger drive portion so you can effectively change your boost a lot easier and run many different combo's, the description isn't very clear. I think a stock supercharger pulley with a larger modular crank pulley would be a really nice reliable combo but they are pretty expensive.

At a certain size the smaller SC pulley just means more heat is being produced with negligible power gain. I have a 74mm fixed pulley which according to my V-box did not improve 100-200 kph over the previous 78mm pulley. What does improve is the punch low down with the fixed pulleys. The smaller pulley will improve that.

This is only for the crank pulley, the crank pulley has a bolt on outer ring which you can bolt on and off different diameter rings without having to take off the whole crank pulley from the crankshaft. Like Weistek has for theirs.. So you can upgrade downgrade what ever floats your boat by simply changing the outer ring diameter in minutes and more simply than having to pull the front end off..
