Does anyone in the SoCal area have a new or slightly used trunk battery?? Does not have to be AGM.
I have a odyssey extreme battery right now that will not hold a full charge and i have been carrying around a portable charger with me, jumping it every time i start the car.
I also have a loose terminal which is really annoying but that can be taken care of afterwards.

Full size batteries? They run for nearly 200 or more...

thought you were needing the AUX battery

but full size at auto parts can be had for $135.... where I live.

Walk into Pep Boys and buy yourself a new Bosch battery. Seriously.

My factory OEM battery lasted me 11 yrs before giving up the ghost. Your typical Advance Auto Parts or Pep Boys battery won't last that long.
Granted, you can buy premium batteries there, but your cheap run of the mill battery will only net you a few years at most.

I replaced 2 of the main OEM Varta batteries with Bosch Platinum 49-850BAGM from Pep Boys for $146 + tax. Excellent Bosch quality + 4 years warranty.

spend the extra money for good battery. they are more durable and will last many more years than a lead acid. you shouldn't pay more than 165 on the high for an AGM. i paid 150 from AAA which is an Interstate Battery.
