07 E63 AMG, 10 C63 AMG, 07 E63 Designo, 07 E350, 09 C300, 07 C230
I would say the top, as the input and output run parallel to one another, unlike the bottom their offset at 45 degrees angles.
I wouldn't envy you trying to make these work.

2007 Mercedes E63 AMG
They're both kind of crap, but as mentioned 1st due to build, not design. formed x-pipes don't flow as well an x-pipe like below. the second pictured is just weird.





burns will be pricey... go with a magnaflow as below
