AvalonKing Influencer Campaign
Not sure if y’all heard about AvalonKing’s Influencer Campaign giving away two kit of their Amor Shield IX ceramic coat application. Well I participated this campaign and received their products to use and finally I got it done a couple of days ago. And AvalonKing is asking me to share my “Long Story Short”...story.
Its been over five years since I’ve wax or buff my 2006 E55, she been very neglected in that department. I’ve used the H2O Wash n Go place weekly and throughout 3-4 years her paint felt sandy and gritty to the touch.
So finally when all the paint correction got done, I got off my ***** and clay bar, then alcohol rubbed her before applying a ceramic coat on. I was gonna do an iron remover solution but nix that process. Ceramic coating wasn’t that complicated, I started doing one panel at a time but then I got short on time so I jumped to two to three panels at a time and viola...even did her wheels! The kit includes the solution, gloves, four application pads, and buffing towel.
She is now smooth as a baby, what I noticed is she doesn’t attract dust like before! Usually right after a wash, I would notice a film of dust on the rear bumper while driving around town. But after the coating, it’s been two days and still no dust film. It’s like a dust repellent. Wheels also still looking good too! She shine like she just got a $300 detail. I’m very satisfied with this product and highly recommend. Here’s some photos for your assessment.

Looks fantastic. This has been on my to-do list for a very long time now. I think legit street cars has a coupon for it on youtube too.

that black really looks great with the coating - such a worthwhile investment. I used avalonking coating as well when i detailed my car back in april (link below) and i love how the car stays cleaner for much longer. what did you think of the application process? the formula i had was a bit syrupy and a pita to wipe on & off but i heard they changed it up a bit to help with this. even so, i can't argue w the results.
