Still Want more power !?!?!
Still wanting to get more power out of my e55. So far I have headers, exhaust, tune, 83mm pulley, Bosch 010 pump, plm Xl h/e, and belt wrap kit, and k&n filters, what would your guys suggestions be for more power, I know i can go with a smaller pulley but what else? I have heard the bigger throttle body isn’t worth the hastle is this true? And what is the best intake to go with as I’m sure that would be something needling doing aswell....any help would be greatly appreciated

stock intake is still the best intake. I have seen it repeated a thousand times here and on the E55 facebook group: don't waste your time on an aftermarket or modified intake

Stock intake with our cold UPD air intake kit (on sale) dynoed 26 hp gains on my car with simular mods to yours. http://ultimatepd.com/2003-2007-merc...boost-kit.html Our kits are solid welded and do not leak air and we use European stainless screws that are exact match to your airbox threads VS using galvanized home depot hardware that re-threads your box to a lower quality, like some of done. 77mm would be a huge bump up as well. I would go 77mm and cold air intake kit. Happy to help with a labor day bundle package. You can sell off the 83mm easy. Both parts easy to install and way more power than taking your blower off to put a 10 hp gain TB on.
Throttle bodies help some and more with ported heads, etc but they can have idle issues and codes at times.

Weve Got intake spacers on sale for $130 for our labor day sale.
Throttlebody is an awesome upgrade, One of my personal favorites. You have a number of options, 82mm, 85mm, 90mm, 92mm.
You could also leave the SC pulley alone and go with a crank pulley. 83mm can stack with a 180 crank.
We also have Camshafts.
If youre looking for something cheap and easy just swap the k&Ns for dryflos and put spacers on.

here are the dryflos

You got lsd? With similar modes the car was a pig to drive before I got my wavetrac might be worth making your power get down to the ground.
other option maybe you could improve cooling with ac chiller or water meth so your power is always readily available rather than disappearing after a few hars pulls like mine does :/
Smaller pulley is another option 83 is conservative as others have said.

Next time you have your car on the dyno, do one pull with the intake on and another pull with the intake off and tell me the result.

That seems like a completely useless test that would achieve nothing. Nobody is going to drive their car regularly with nothing filtering the air going to the throttle body. I'm sure everyone here is smart enough to realize that filters restrict some airflow, but they're necessary if you don't want to shell out money for a new blower or worse.

Decided not to worry with intake may add some spacers but that’s it, Is it still going to be reliable and safe with a 77mm pulley ? Will I need to do any other mods like injectors or anything and also will I have sufficient cooling mods ?

I'm on stock injectors with my mods if I added a throttlebody I'd look at injectors.
Safe is a hard guarentee to make but the 77mm have had for nearly 2 years now not caused me problems..other people run stacked pulleys or smaller than 77 and they dont report failures although they might be keeping secrets lolol

i have a question. how are you backing this up? Meaning, are you testing the mods to see if it's actually making a difference? Are you racing a dyno or racing the car?
Granted, I just come at it from a different direction, AND always assume it's a drag racing application.. so please excuse me on this.. BUT "more power" may not be what you're looking for but making the car quicker, and more efficient.
