where to get touch up paint 040U BLACK ?
where can i get a spray can of 040U BLACK to paint the front marker lights on the bumper to match the rest of the car ? did not want to go with clear but they are the US stock ugly orange now

From an autopaint shop. They can mix color for you either to be used with spraygun or in to a rattle can. Base coat/clear system, one stage and so on.
