oil in spark plugs
Hellow all,
recently bought a w211 e55, has almost 208xxx km on it, its a GCC spec car, previous owner had a blown engine, and engine was fixed by replacing the block.
anyhow, i had vibration in the car, talked to the mechanic that fixed the engine, he said that i had a issue with my wires, so i replaced them.
issue was still there, i added some fuel injection cleaner, from liqui moly, and the vibration went lower.
i had ordered a D2 coil overs to it, when installing, i asked the mechanic to check the engine for my vibration issue,
what the mechanic stated is that am having oils in my plugs.
sparks been replaced with the OE plugs, car is running better, butt still has vibration issue.
regarding car oil consumption since replacing oil with liqui moly 5w40 10K, i added around 3L for around 5000 km's.
am just getting frighten as i recently bought the car, and replacing the engine would cost around 3 - 3.5 K dollars
Note:
there was a small puff of black smoke in start up,
butt tried several times to record a video to see if any smoke is there, didn't find any.

Don't know what GCC spec is. Is the vibration only at idle? Does it run perfect everywhere else? Did you get new motor mounts?

hellow @StarvingArtist ,
GCC spec = arbaian gulf spec such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain etc.
i didn't check engine mounts, car runs smooth, and yes vibration is only at idle.

I'm pretty sure arabic spec is the same as US.
Give the engine a couple of hard revs at stand still, see how much the engine moves to rule out mounts

i had a bad catalytic converter, i fixed it.
car was chocking from the exhaust, anyhow i still have slight vibration, sometimes wont show.
my oil reading is bad, if i check the car after keeping it all night, it will show add or 1.5 liter, while 4 or 6 days back car was stopped for maintenance oil reading was level ok.
anyhow, if i start the car and start using it around, then stop for 10+ min, and check oil level, it will show oil level ok.
