OUCH!!! bent my HRE's but installed new CL grill
hit a channel in the ground the county had cut a 6 inch wide trench in the pavement that was at right angles, no gently sloping for new panement. had the suspension on its softest and while i have hit potholes a trench like this made a horrible sound. i like the new grill though!

Always a good reason to keep the stock rims...if you had a 2 peice wheel you would really be screwed.

Sorry to see your damage - I see by your plates you're in VA... some of the roads up here are pretty horrible, given the taxes we pay. hopefully you're done contributing to the "just figures" bucket for a while.

hey m6, im in ffx too. gotta love when these jacka55e5 pave perfectly good streets and others are trashed. and yes, iam the opposite of the discretion (debadging) crowd, ie all my stuff gets hooked up. to each his own!

Try getting ahold of the Public Works department. Give them the intersection or road info where it took place, then you can file a claim and they should refund you the money or will buy you a new rim. It worked for me and I flattened 3 rims.
