cannot unclip 1of3 connectors under cd changer to install android head unit
i am attempting to install an android headunit oem-looking plug and play swap.
shifter boot out, cigarette lighter console out, and now i am supposed to remove 3 plugs before the cd changer slides out.
i got the center fiber-optic cable out - i got the far right 3-wire connector out
but on the left side there is a 5+ wire connector that will not come out!
on youtube, people just yank on it and it comes out.
there seems to be a clip that supposed to hold the back of the connector, so in theory you can yank it out - but mine seems to have came out of the holding-base so when i pull it, it just pulls the base with it
i will update the thread with a pic tomorrow.
