Car shuddered low Accel. Then wouldn't "go forward". couldn't switch from C to S to M
what did I experience today ? I was a mile from home and during accelerating from a red light, the car seemed to shudder pretty hard until I let off the gas. after a few seconds it was able to drive as normal.
then pulling up my street the car simply wouldn't move forward how I was telling it to. I couldnt switch from c to m to S to try to override either.
turned car off and after a few minutes turned it back on and was able to pull into my driveway
what is going on ?
forum searches point to coil packs , spark plugs , etc...
I have an 03 and caught glycol contamination early and did multplie Tran flushes and new radiator as soon as I had vibrations on medium speeds. could this be my torque converter failing ? could it be my trans failing?
