Input on what all else I should order while doing header install?

Input on what all else I should order while doing header install?
So I'm putting in the standard knock off headers here soon. Fortunately like other cars I've done, I can see I don't need to remove the entire engine to do it (much like an old Mustang Cobra I had).
I have motor and trans mounts...seems a good thing to do while there on my CLS55 with 83k miles now (more as as I don't want to have to go back once headers are in).
Anyone know about quality of provided header gaskets? Should I pick up some OEMs? Anything else suggested?
My hope is to pull this off in next four weeks, but we'll see. I appreciate any input.
Side note...anyone have real input on if I'll be ok with 80mm pulley and headers on stock injectors? (I have upgraded pump, pulley wrap and H/E)
