Hey guys my cars climate control works fine ac and heat just cant get it to come out of the defroster or the bottom. Anyone?????

I'm certainly no expert. But it seems to me, that it could be either the control knob or the actuators that direct the air. It's best to have your car scanned.

Is this one of those cases where only a STAR system will be able to help you out???

I believe so, look you can replace the control panel and you can replace the entire HVAC system. But the only way to truly know what the issue is, is to have the car scanned, before you start throwing money at the problem.
Fix it right the first time, after it has been diagnosed. Other than that your only guessing.

Damn electrical gremlins. I took out climate control unplugged all plugs then plugged them back in and now it works. Hope this car doesnt turn into my BMW a electrical nightmare.
