Open ended question
Well, two questions really. First being, my car (2005 e55 amg) standard bar the Bosch 010 has 140,000km clocked up. I bought it with no service history and in my ownership have since changed oil, oil filter, air filters, spark plugs now a new battery. What are the other key fundamentals I should be looking at doing to keep everything running smooth as butter?
I understand gearbox oil and brake fluid should be changed more often than not and i am wondering are these two jobs too hard for a capable DIY'er?
plus, all these damn whiney supercharger videos online are getting me on the modify buzz... all I'll need is 500hp atw I reckon....

Brake fluid is not difficult as a DIY but you need some way of disabling the SBC system, either STAR, something like what we read your codes with or some people just unplug the high pressure pump. The you need a bleeding pump to flush the fluid. I didn't think the dealer price was too bad considering it is an annoying and potentially messy job.
Transmission fluid dump, filter, and refil is pretty easy even with just jackstands. Fluid here is pretty expensive. I bought 2x4L bottles from ebay (Fuch titan). In the US shell 134 is very cheap. Dealer price here is about $46/L.Other than those consider new pulleys and I think you already have new belts. FCP is your best bet and using youshop. Might want to test your fuel pressure as pumps/filters are unfortunately a maintenance item in these cars.
500whp would require long tubes, even just an 83mm pulley, ideally upgraded heat exchanger and a good tune.

ahh yes I knew I had forgotten something I have changed that too, I dont know if it had ever been done, stuff was black as and had that stink everyone talks about Haha

Change the oil for the rear differential as well. You need about 1.5 L of 75w90 and a transfer pump of some sort. Very easy.
For the transfluid change you need a transmission dipstick, 4l fluid, filter, gasket and bolts. While you on there you should change the transmission electronic connector since they often leak. Febi sells a kit with everything you need except fluid and dipstick.
