Hey guys purchased 83mm pulley.I have 2 questions. Do I just remove and install and use stock belt. Second question is do I need shims or just plug and play.

I currently have a tighter belt than the stock one which is already smaller.

Yes you can use the stock belt if it is in good condition. Most people need to remove all of the shims but it is best to measure with a feeler gauge to ensure it is in spec.
