Just came to my local dealer to try to get the fuel tank thing covered under the extended warranty. Got denied bc my vehicle is a 2005 E55 and was "delivered" in February of 05.
So missed the 15 yr deadline by less than 30 days. They said they couldn't do anything for me bc it's a National recall or whatever.
On the bright side they are doing the SBC service for free..
