Need help passing emissions with Long Tube Headers!

E63 AMG 2009 E55 AMG 2005 E63 AMG Wagon 2007
Need help passing emissions with Long Tube Headers!
So I installed long tube headers recently and wanted to know if there are any tips/tricks I can do to pass emissions in NY. I have a 09 E63 with the cats removed, I don’t think my Eurocharged tune will help me pass inspection. Any help is appreciated!

Eurocharged tune will do it, they need to retune it though after headers.

secondary O2 delete, just ask a tuner for a retune that magically makes your readiness monitors appear ready. or just get somebody with access to STAR to do it.

we’re pretty lucky that every single emissions control system in the car is bypassable.

so you’re saying if smog shop plug in your obd2 and see all monitors are ready then you’ll pass? Even with tune ECU?

Such as these monitors showing all green can get you a pass?

At least when it comes to bypassing SAI, Evap and secondaries O2/cat monitoring yes. Pretty sure with more in depth SDS knowledge you can force many more ready.

you cannot force monitors ready and pass at least in california. the smog computer actively monitor sensor feedback and if does not match the ready state, will automatically fail.
