Not to hijack this thread but I see VRP prefers using pulleys in their low end power packs and that the 80mm is quoted at +40whp. Is split cooling only really perfectly fine in all ambient temps?

side note: I’m too lazy to install any manifold, even the log style shortys.

We dont include pumps in the lower end packages because 9 times out of 10 the customer has already upgraded them. so you should definitely have a pump, 010 or superflo.

That’s a given, I don’t think there’s a single working 003 pump left...

Compared to the 83.5mm other vendors sell, why is the 80 a better starting point? Let’s say on a hot 90 degree summer day with stock (010 unsplit) cooling, will IATs on long pulls ever get bad enough to the point an 83 will outperforms your 80?

yes we have cats available but they will need to be welded in, You can find videos of cars with our headers on our instagram. @vrpspeed.
