I think at this point you would be better off taking it to a shop to diagnose the issue. Finding the leak is usually the easier part, fixing it usually more specialized. It seems you are having a very hard time locating this.
I had similar oil leak issue. It wouldn't drip overnight but found wet underbody panels after hard acceleration. Ironically that same compressor or whatever it is was wet like in your picture above. I was told it was leaking from valve cover gaskets although I put my hands all around the valve covers and it was dry. I changed valve cover gaskets and the oil leak is gone. I am still not convinced it was leaking from the covers, but since the oil leak is gone, maybe that was the culprit. I haven't taken the panels off since then so I cannot say for sure. But looks dry from what I can see.

Have you taken a closer look at your oil filter housing? I could see any of those 3 seals pushing out oil at higher pressure if they're starting to go. That's directly above power steering/AC as you're indicating in that one photo.

I had valve cover gasket leak before. I replaced the not only the gasket but the plastic valve cover as well because of the crack. I found just a little burned oil at the bottom, I don't know since when. I will clean and keep an eye on this. Thanks.

I might have a bad oil filter. I've been using filters from FCP Euro. I will buy Mercedes genuine oil filter next time. Thanks.
The leak actually came from power steering, not the pump nor the reservoir, but the pressure hose. I was unable to tell until the leak became bad and obviously. Thank you everyone for your help.

Was it relatively easy and cheap or was it one of those hefty AMG bills?
The pump and reservoir cost $350, and was an OEM Part. It was easy to replace. But I also had my upper oil pan gasket replaced, engine and transmission mounts plus oil temp sensor replaced. Put it this way, this wasn’t a cheap bill 😩. My shop didn’t charge me for labor on the oil temp sensor or engine and trans mounts. But the labor costs to drop the engine subframe and front suspension, and upper oil pan quickly added up.

And much respect to you as well, as I really do enjoy your videos on Youtube. Your last video about fuel injectors, the first thing I saw was you didn’t cover the intake port, once you removed the Y-Pipe. But later in the video you had it covered. I’m current at 91k on my original injectors, and they show no signs of premature failure.
