Motor Noise from rear deck lid area when turning car off??

03' E55 / 07' C350
Motor Noise from rear deck lid area when turning car off??
Hey guys, I have a 03' E55 and whenever I turn the car off I hear a groaning noise coming from the rear deck lid area that lasts at most 5 seconds then its gone. Either sounds like a blow speaker, or some type of motor. Anyone come across this issue before?
