No issues installing w219 cls63 mufflers like previously stated!
Hello everyone. Just wanted to put this thread out there Incase anyone has had any concerns over buying cls63 mufflers due to the many threads on here about “fitment issues” or the tips stick down etc etc etc. I bought a pair yesterday and got them installed for $90 today from my exhaust shop, who I trust greatly. He had no issues putting the tips where I wanted, and I actually pushed them a little forward at my liking to see the Amg logo lip. The hangers where relocated and I had the rear piping cut to match my stock piping. Here is how they turned out,
I sold one of my e55’s in February that had c63 mufflers with kleeman headers, 3 inch x pipe in place of the secondary cats and a 3 inch straight pipe for the resonator, it sounded good but very very loud always
on this set up it’s the exact same but with w219 cls63 mufflers and I like it ALOT more, noticeably quieter when cruising but about the same sound when stepping on it, funny enough it actually burbles more now
