Yeah... great shot, this awesome photographer took it whilst I was hooning up north.

I'm not sure if he sent a copy to the local authorities.

Would you like he's details?

Hey guys I did get my $$ back at the end of the day after MONTHS but had to do all sorts of crap with Paypal, credit card, and legal authoritires in Australia. I even had some help on the ground downunder and trace rooted all e-communications.

on another note 540rwhp...wouldn't that be nice right about now.

roger i'm surprised to say the least, it amazes me that i have been conned for so long, i never did any money transactions with him, and i can see why he has left Fchat. I rang him last week and the line was all messed up but he was trying to make some sense out of your dilema with him...........albeit it aint a happening thing. He told me he has ordered a new ducati demodeici RR (105k in Aust dollars) and i hear he wanted to buy your 360CS and there was talk of a qp on the cards....................now it seems obvious its all crap.

on a another note, since FF has been allowed back into Fchat, i'll stay away, what he did amounted to criminal activity in Aust with our privacy laws, he cant see what he has done so i much prefer to stay away. i have been in touch regularly with MHH, Ash, simon and waz356 thru email, if you want i can add you to our list.

Good on ya Scud!

Your setting a good example for the rest of our community.

The only way to deal with these individuals is through exposure and critical inquiry.

I also found out about two other blokes who have been "conned" by the same dude. Same modus operandi. Typical.....

If you want I can supply their details to help you support your claims and expose the truth.

They also have no problems by you publishing their names.

Let me know.

Cheers.

I have worked at his IT company, well everyone makes mistakes. He had a lawyer there about three days a week trying to defend a case against Compaq. That was over a $2 million dollar problem......

Thumbs down

Dude I was not defending him, I was saying he has left people in worse condition then E55. I am still owed over $10K in super. Also he is one of the company owners that goes in to voluntary liquidation and then buys all the assets back to get away from creditors. Give the little fat f....r a wide birth, by the way he does live in East Malvern.

sorry to continue the saga but what goes around comes around....

this was posted on another forum, and it's not me.

3 year saga is finally over - Snowden pleaded guilty to over 15 charges of fraud

#0: Thu, 21 Jul, 2011 - 09:47 - ...QUOTE It went down 9:30am this morning at the Melbourne Magistrates Court.

Dunno what else to say ... just wanted to share. Thank you for listening...

Update (the story):

Basically the story goes like this...

I met Stephen via FChat 5 to 6 years ago, I can't recall, and at one point I needed to buy some laptops for my company that I started (consulting firm) so we met up to talk about that since he had a "large IT services firm." I got along with him and we became friends - I kinda looked up to him. I was 25, had lost everything in a bad business venture a year prior, and here was someone I thought has gone through similar hardship and thrived. Hmmmm...

As my firm grew, I needed an office, and behold Stephen had a section of his office that he did not need... so I rented it from him. That is until the body corp at 1QR turned up to change my locks about a year after that. Long story short - he never owned the premises. Pocketed the rent for a year tho.

Additionally, at one point he took down my Centurion Amex number and used that to pay $45k of debt with Asia Pacific office corp, $10k for Grand Prix tickets. When confronted with all this he said he'll pay it back, it's not going to be a problem, etc. 23 bull**** cheques later my amex was suspended and I was defaulted on my CRAA, etc.

On top of that, at one point he went to my office and took out a letter from Citibank with a new unused and unactivated platinum visa - and proceeded to pay for parking with it for himself and his son for about a month. It was swallowed up by the machine when I was working in Brisbane and on the phone to Citibank about these transactions and the card was used in real time.

That really sums it up... of course Stephen pleaded that I gave him the number, that I authorised all these charges, that he is the VICTIM here (as he always is). He's an amazing liar... because he believes his own BS.
