Broken blower fan?

It was just working this morning, but when I turned it on a few minutes ago I couldn't get any air at all.

The previous owner just replaced the A/C compressor, so that's why I think it might be the fan.

Open the hood and remove the cabin air filter that's in the top passanger side corner. Turn on the a/c and you may need to hit the recirculation button to open up the flap and you should see the blower fan. If it's not moving and you have the a/c on then it's broken.

Removed it and even though it kept closing, I managed to briefly catch a glimpse of it not moving or doing anything.

Looks like I'll be investing in one of these: https://www.autohausaz.com/pn/2118300908

Could also be a resistor if it only works at full speed.
