They (Arnott coil over) have zero adjustment. Stick them in and you're done. The ride was a touch high early on, but has dropped a bit over the years.

I'm saying that one who knows of a dealership who will cut you a deal cuz you ask for it.... Cuz you are member of AMG Crack club et-al will often get you 20-30% off.

Know anyone who works at a good MB dealership? When I worked at one I got screaming deals on parts to keep my E-55 alive. Front struts was a piece of that puzzle..... among myriad others.

So I decided to do coilovers. Don't want to be worried about them failing again.

For those that have coilovers, what is your setup? Thinking of BC or KW. Are KW worth the extra $$?

how much are the coilovers vs new airstruts, bags, and shocks? I think when i bought everything from Rock Auto it was right at $2500 for everything. You can see in my build thread what I purchased with part numbers.

I don't have experience with either of those on this platform, so I can't comment on which one will ride better, but I can almost guarantee you KW will be better quality and most likely last longer.

The coilovers with new control arms will be $1,500. My buddy will be helping me with the install.
