front and rear tire diameter differences and abs malfunction

hey guys...I'm trying to decide what size fronts to run as my track setup and was curious about sizing. online many have stated a mercedes can not have 3% or more diameter difference from front to back tires. the tires I do plan to run have a difference of 2.73%. would anyone know if this would trigger a fault? if I moved up my front tires to a 35 series it would bring me in at 1.29% but my front tires will be taller than my rear tires which I'm trying to avoid.

This place is a joke.
The factory oem setup has taller tires in front than the rear. The front fender openings are also taller than the rear.

thanks. I'm trying to weigh my options as a smaller front will aid in turn in. may end up going with the 35 series as I feel I might trigger a fault.
