Has anyone done a thorough rear suspension overhaul on their higher mileage E55? I've done pretty much everything up front, mostly because those parts are very easy to find from the typical online retailers, but I've noticed that the information regarding components is conflicting between sites: autohausaz mentions one part fits the car, FCP euro says the part doesn't fit.

Anyone been down this road and has an idea which parts should be replaced?
