Got to love older German muscle problems
I'm joining the club.
Got 06 E55 a couple of years ago. When I got it, I knew that the passenger side sun visor was repaired as they did a horrid job. About a month ago I have bumped it while working on the interior of the car and got it split open. Tried repairing it with some Designer Engineering adhesive 10528. Got it wedged between two boards with some clips for about 48 hours. Got it installed and not even 24 hours later it split at the edges, and overnight it came completely unglued.
Got a hold of a dealer and they advised to look on ebay, as they are discontinued and no longer made. Now I'm back to square one.
