Mercedes Benz W176 A180
Mercedes w211 e220 cdi OM646.961 - OM646.963
Hi guys,

​​​​​​Has anyone tried swapping an OM646.961 engine to OM646.963. Can you please confirm if the engines will run perfectly and if my ecu set will work on the om646.963 engine?

From my knowledge, no. but I don't work with diesel. With mercedes, the engine needs to match the vin on the ECU.
