Hi. This post is loosely related to my E63 Estate, which has vanished from the Marketplace. My previous account 'slickjeh' is also banished.

My E63 Estate and my E63 sedan are both of the same year (W211 2007) and I believe I posted the VIN of my sedan instead of my estate causing alarm. I realized the error when an eBay user asked me what the deal was and pulled the listing immediately. Shortly afterwards, my eBay account was 'taken over' and I've spent the better part of 3 hours undoing the hurt with a member of ebays team. Photo attached. I've attempted to email the administrators of this board (fourms@mbworld) but it looks like that account doesn't exist. I've also reached out on Instagram (although I don't use Instagram very often).

Back to the estate: I've attached some photos, do y'all think this suffices at proof? Also; how may I get these photos to the right people?

Last I saw on your classified ad here, someone said you had posted the VIN of another wagon sold on BaT, not your actual wagon's VIN, and not your sedan VIN.

yep, that's possible too. I can't view the ad so I'm not sure what it (the VIN) was. I remember you posting in the ad as well. I combed BaT before I started the application process and grabbed the boil plate description of a lot of wagons. I have no reason to try to defraud any of you; I really dumped my heart into the ad and feel like I didn't have a moment to explain myself. I pulled the eBay ad as soon as I became aware that the VIN was incorrect. I ate the listing fees and all. I should- the VIN was wrong. I thanked the bidder who noticed and gave him credit when I reposted.

I am not here to defraud any one. I'm here because I love these cars, and wave to every single one I see.

I understand the policy, and I'm happy it exists. Scammers should be banned. I don't know who else to contact. I'm not here to defraud your users. Call me: 239-471-4164.

Try posting here in the site suggestions and feedback forum. It is monitored by the admins. I suspect your account was banned because the wrong VIN looked like fraud, but I'm sure the admins can help figure it out.
