Ok I have the wiring mostly figured out. I just need some of the circuits "decoded"
This is the E55 PCM pinout.

4.1 Can class C (high side)... is this the + side?
4.11 Can class C ( low side)... is this the - side?
4.14 kickdown ground signal input... ???
4.31 Circuit 87 relay activation + ???
4.33 Circuit 87 relay activation - ???
4.35 Circuit 50 signal output ???
5.3 Circuit 30 main power input ???
5.9 Circuit 87 power input ???
1.3 EA/CC/ISC actuator motor control signal high side???
2.1 recirculated air flap actuator potentiometer 1 & 2 power output, high side.

Bonus points is you know the speed of the high & low side CAN.
What is Circuit 87, 50 & 30 what do they control

I just want to be sure these aren't engine related functions...
03 E55 pcm 4.1 is referring to conn. 4 pin 1 3.28 is referring to conn 3 pin 28
