Just ordered AMG illuminated doors sills, pedals, and door pins for the car...I'll post pics when installed...I'm getting the sills by this week...the other stuff by the end of the month.

What was your impression of these? Are these cheapo's or did they come across as very nice in quality? I'm trying to determine whether to buy from this vendor, or from Harris who is an MBWORLD sponsor.

From what i've gotten from Gerry @ formymercedes.com...rear spoiler lip (installed), door pins (installed), aluminum pedals (not yet installed), and illuminated door sills (not yet installed...they are very good quality and do not diminish the expensive look of the car.

Based on other people experience on the board, you probably won't go wrong going with Harris, either.

Great...just got back from golfing vacation in Cali (SF and LA)...I missed my my car...finally drove it again last night after 2 wks...beats the Mitsu Diamante I had as a rental car!!!!

Heheh , hey dont forget to tell me when ever you are going to get those door sills done, so i can jump on it too.
