Does anyone know how to control the voulme of the tones on the keypad for the telephone? They are so loud I have to turn the volume down while dialing.

You need to set the keytone volume on the phone. It will carry over to the comand system. Also you can just lower the volume on the comand. It's like the phone is primary and the comand is secondary.

OK I tried that and they are still loud. I have the keypad turned to its lowest setting on the phone.
