600+ whp E55

Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays everyone. Earlier this week I did a custom dyno tuning session with Jerry over at Eurocharged. We started out at almost 600 with my old Eurocharged dyno tune and new 77 upper. Some fine tuning on the fueling and voila, 626whp. I was honestly just hoping for 600! We ran out of fuel, so I think there is more power to be had once I figure out the fueling issue. It is probably my pumps at this power level. They are factory. Once I am confident in my fueling and cooling, I plan to go 72/180 and E85 for 700-800whp.

Mods:

77/180 stack (pinned)
Hellcat throttle body
Eurocharged ECU
TJ Merry TCU
LT Headers
650cc injectors
Forced Induction Interchiller, Stage 2
3/4" Intercooler lines
Single Stage Intercooler
Dual CWA100 Intercooler Pumps
5 gallon trunk tank
Built engine by Dan Benson, ARP head studs
Wavetrac differential
Driveshaft Shop axles
Dyno done on 100 octane
D.A.: -700 to -800
66 degrees ambient inside dyno room, but it was 45 degrees outside.

Ignore the 260, that was a bad pull. The dyno pulls shown are one pull after each file revision until we got close to target AFR. You can see the power increased with each revision. It is very consistent.

Caution: To run this setup, your cooling and fuel must be 100% in check.

She will go to the track when they open back up mid-January. Our tracks closed in early December this year and my dyno tune was on Dec 20th. All closed for the year unfortunately.

hi. for such a level of improvements as yours is a weak result of 626 horsepower. probably need to finish something. I use 175 and 80 and have 640 horsepower.

I will give you advice - do not use native gasoline pumps at this power! They do not cope with the task

Her graph shows WHEEL HP as referenced by her mentioning WHP.
so the car is making over 700 at the engine.

I found this out. Used race gas and picked up a tenth and 1mph at the dragstrip.

You might have also noticed it ran a little richer with race fuel. That being said you can lean it out a bit.
