I check my instrument cluster was dead,if I use the normal w211 instrument cluster and change my e55 amg instrument cluster cover on it ,anyone is it work ???

I could gas, the only thing you need to worry about is that you replace with the correct part number else you will be whining -----------and to do that you use MB EPC only not your girlfriends advice

You can replace the instrument cluster with the same part number but the odometer reading will be nothing but a line of dash bars. You must get the instrument cluster married to the car. You'll have to find someone the proper tools and they will pull your vehicle identification number and the mileage out of your old cluster and program it into the new cluster and then it will work correctly
