Check coolant level warning

Check coolant level warning
Hi guys, I need help. I have a 2004 e500. It’s been a week now that every time I start my car… the “check coolant level” shows up.
I always check it before even starting the car… no leaks or anything at all and coolant always full.
it all started when I accidentally put the wrong coolant. I accidentally put coolant for my Porsche then when I got my first warning… that’s when I realized I put the wrong coolant. ( it should have been the blue instead of the pink) but I only put a little bit, like 2 ounces of pink coolant.
anyways, I dumped all that was in the plastic container/radiator (where you put the coolant) and replaced it with the correct blue color coolant but every time I start it now I get a check coolant level warning but everything’s fine, it runs good and no leak, no overheating…
Do you guys have any ideas at all why I’m getting that check coolant level every time I start my car?
