Is this the start of more problems?
Well, my '99 E55 is in the shop for its first post warranty repair. CEL came on and dumped about 10 codes. Cats are bad as well as MAF and one O2 sensor. Estimates are $600-800. They'd be $2-3000 if I had to pay for the cats.
The car has just over 40k mi and is still increadible but does anyone else think that this is the beginning of a bunch of $500-1000 repairs? I'm not really looking for an excuse to get rid of the car because I love it so much. I just don't want to sink a ton of money in it before I'm ready to move on. I still haven't decided what the replacement will be.
