2008 W211 E63 Milky Oil
It appears to be that my 2008 E63 has been having majorly concerning problems, the garage I have taken it to have been working on it after hours for over 5 months and nothing is yet confirmed. What seemed to happen was one morning I stepped on the gas a bit and the car was steaming majorly out the exhaust and the rear window fogged up, this being a wagon. Shortly after that the car experienced major coolant loss and there was a little knock once running and then after checking, the oil appeared to be milky of some sort. After this I had taken the car to a Mercedes Specialist Garage. I have read a lot about this problem just that I cant quite confirm what it is that has happened to it.
The car had been sitting around up until a month ago when the garage did the coolant pressure test which did not show or solve anything, in fact there was a few problems we'd considered to have happened though none of it is confirmed. The mechanics took out the engine and said they'd take it apart and solve what is going on. Currently they've confirmed its not any of the seals nor is it head bolts as there would be visually residue around the area. The mechanics say that the engine block is cracked though they have not even fully confirmed and I am afraid that the repairs are going to cost too much for the car to be repaired and that I may be getting fooled into selling the car.

Real sorry to hear that. I've been doing research as well as I had low coolant for the first time and it's worrying me. From what you describe, sounds like you need to find someone you can trust to figure this out. I'm in Ottawa, Canada and there is as London outside Toronto. By chance are you there or in London England?
