Just lowered my car with STAR, and rear is crooked

So today I lowered my car using xentry. My starting height was 26 3/4 inches on both front wheels, and 26 5/8 on both rear wheels. This measurement was taken from the ground to the wheel well at TDC. I lowered it in my driveway which is level. I had some issues with the values being out of spec, but after tweaking a bit I was able to save it. The new height I was going for was 26 inches all around. I wanted to just do a test run at a slightly lowered height and see how it goes. After I saved it, I went for a drive, raising and lowering the car via the center console button, and then I pulled over to check things out. The rear had dropped by a full inch while the fronts remained as set. So now I'm 26 up front, 25 out back.

Again I went back into xentry and adjusted the rear up 26" again, except this time the drivers side wouldn't match up with the pass side. To make a long story short, I've got 26 up front, and in the rear I got 25 on drivers side, 26 on passenger side. I'm looking for guidance on how to get it straightened out. I can't understand when there's only 1 sensor in the rear how it could be crooked. Could I have a faulty distro valve? Airbags shot? Any suggestions would be welcomed. I wish I never messed with it now. Looks all crooked

Drivers side 26" front, 25" rear

Pass side 26.25" front, 26" rear

This place is a joke.
For the E55 to sit level the rear fender lip to ground should be approx .5" to 1" lower than the front. This is because the front fender openings are taller to allow the wheels to turn. The rear being uneven can be caused by the front individual height, which affects the rear height on each side. If you make it the same height all around, it will be raked, look goofy, bottom out the front struts on bumps, and reduce traction to the drive wheels. You'll also never get the rear perfectly even side to side, but .25" to .5" can be done.

@E55Greasemonkey this advice was really helpful. I started over, keeping in mind what you said, and remembering the front was almost 0.5 inches higher than the rear to start with. I readjusted the front height to 26..25 inches and made sure it was even on both sides. Then I set the rear to 25.75 and just let the car sit for a few minutes to settle, then measured again and noticed the rear sank a bit. Readjusted the rear again and then saved it. Everything is normal again. The driver's rear is 0.25 inches lower that the pass side, but the rest is money. I can live with that.

I also have learned there's only so much you can do to lower the car through Xentry. All in all I dropped the car about 20mm. Not a huge deal but it's a sight improvement IMO. Any lower and I'll have rubbing issues. My offset is a bit aggressive with the CLS 19s
Thanks again!
