Hello all. New member, very much enjoying all the info and tech. I recently purchased a 2008 E63. Flint grey metallic, P30 package and nearly every option. My car has the optional 19 inch wheels and I recently had a crack repaired. While the tires were dismounted the wheel repair guy mentioned they were reps. This seemed odd since it is a two owner car and it is the correct wheel style. There is a mention in the service records of a two wheels being replaced on seperate occasions. All four have the AMG stick on badges in the molded recess typically seen on reps. They look great but I would like to find an OEM set, though I am considering aftermarket wheels as well. Any leads?
Considering you're running Chinese tires, there is no doubt in my mind these are reps.
After market wheels and styles are so subjective that you need to research them yourself and make a decision. OEM might be hard to find because not too many of these came with the 19" option (AFAIK).
Wow, because only very high-end tires fit high-end and OEM wheels? Upon purchase the front tires were garbage and this was what the tire shop had on short notice. Continentals are on the back and the fronts were delivered today. I am quite capable of choosing a replacement wheel, I assumed in such a large and diverse community someone might have some helpful information.
These are the current wheels that I have on my 07 E63, their 19" Vertini Wheels. And they look absolutely great on my car, and surprisingly I get a lot of compliments about them. They replaced the OE AMG wheels, which are 18"
From past experience, once a wheel is cracked and repaired, they are more prone to refracture in the same spot where the repair was made.

My car was lowered using the Star/Xentry diagnostic computer. But you can use lowering links to achieve the same thing. I seen some offered on eBay for around $150
