Lucas Engine Oil Stop Leak for M113 engine ?
Hi guys, just bought a CLK55 W208 few weeks for fun toy car. When I bought it no oil leaking however after oil change the oil start to leak.
I did some research showing that maybe older oil is thicker so didn't leak and once change new fresh oil might be the reason. Anyways, my mechanic told me it's coming from Oil pan and rear main seal.
Is safe to use Lucas engines oil stop leak product for M113 engine ? anybody has experience can share ?
Thanks

I had temporary luck with Blue Devil and now I am trying AT-205 on a fresh oil change. I'll report results when I have something. The good news is these products won't hurt anything. I don't usually care for Lucas products however...
What is your actual rate of oil consumption? Like how many miles per quart?

You bought the wrong car if you don't have $5k kicking around to drop the tranny, split the oil pans, and do the rear main.
I'd fix the oil pan leak, and check if the valve covers are leaking, clean the engine, then see if anything still leaking 500 miles later.
Don't use those products. They cause the seals to swell at best. At worst you'll block an oil galley and grenade your motor.
