There is supposed to be an individualisation sub-routine for the voice control that trains the system to your voice. I can't get mine to work. According to the owners manual it's supposed to walk you through pronouncing numbers and words but mine just says "For which system would you like help?" I called MB but they say it's broken go to the dealer. Anyone else gotten this to work?
