Went for the TCU upgrade everyone has told me I need to do. I opted for the https://mkultraelectronics.com/ tune. The owner TJ Merry was very nice, rapid response and even assistede with some off topic trouble shooting of other issues I was experiencing. Shipping was super fast and price was very reasonable!!

So far so good, I definitely notice that it's less sluggish in 1st gear part throttle. The shifts feel faster and firmer for sure. But all around a smoother and tighter feel to the drivability of the car. I definitely Reccomend

Just the standard SLR tune.

 

The car feels so much "tighter" driving it, if that makes any sense to anyone. I dont know how else to describe the difference.

 

I got an older tune from him. Definitely 100% noticeable changes. I must get one of the new ones sometime. I just want it to obey my upshifts.

 

How is the tj merry tcu compared to like moscowsupercharge tcu tune with the agility mode etc

Hi guys any long term user here with this mkultra slr black series? I already ordered one for my cls55 and waiting for the delivery and update you soon the pros and cons..

 

I have had MANY revisions and they are all pretty close to each other except for the lock up of the torque converter wich he has changed a lot with his revisions over time. Never had the Black series though so can't help you.
