Help, replace differential 3.46 to 3.07

Need your help. I have a problem with a humming differential in a 2007 E200 compressor car. It currently has a 3.46 ratio differential in it. I would like to put in a 3.07 ratio differential because there is a problem with the availability of the 3.46. What do I need for this change?

I swapped the 2.82 Final Drive Ratio on my 2007 E63 to a 3.06 at the advent of the CCP Virus along with every bushing in the rear end, Shocks, Hubs, Rotors, Rear Main Seal, etc. Due to the fact a Chrysler 300 SRT Rear Diff has the 3.06 and was made by Mercedes as a result of their merger in the 2006-2007 timeframe, the Ring and Pinion as well as the Pinion Bushing in my case fit perfectly! I also installed an M-Factory LSD to boot! I can’t say the parts from the 300 SRT would fit your Model, but it’s worth looking into? For example, when I was looking in the EPC, I couldn’t find anything for my Diff as the parts for the w211 E63 were not listed, however when I looked under w211 for the E55, all parts were listed and the Bushings, pinion crush washer etc fit my E63 Diff!
