Pics: Race of the Year (RS6, E55 AMG, 996 Techart etc.)
Gellerasen, Karlskoga. Sweden. Race of the Year 2004.
3 hours long distance race in race prepped Chrysler Neons (138 hp!) as well as racing our own cars.
Team Oki takes the first place in front of Team Böse (means "angry" in German, after the visit to RUF) a.k.a. Team RS6.com.
We're only 32 secons behind in 3 hours.
Cold weather, not good for the tires. Lap times around 1.28-1.30. Best laptime 1.26,6.
The driving with our own cars was mainly for fun, not trying to break any records as you can see
Note the tire when the Beast is pushed.

Don't the tires of the rs6 suffer alot under those high stress turns?
How much do you inflate them?
the E55 must be a joy to oversteer with. (the movie with the burnout of the E55, from rs6.com/forum, was it here?)

Most of the pics are not "normal" track driving, just for show.
But yes, managed to wear down P Zero Rossos in 3000 km, mainly track driving.
