2003 CL55 AMG (I know this is the E55 forum but it’s more active and it should be the same)
Idles fine, misfires like crazy when accelerating then seems to go into a safe-mode with almost no power. Replaced o2 sensors, injectors, spark plugs, coil packs and wires, all vacuum lines, still dealing with this problem. Could it be the primary cats? They are not OEM they are Magnaflows. The codes point to them, but some people have been telling me that it’s generic and has nothing to do with the cats. Keep in mind the o2 sensors are new. Want some input before I decide to cut them off and see what happens.
