For the folks who dont know what they are talking about, lack of training, lack of skills, and procedures/materials... I like how you guys say great work, looks good, when most have zero experience LMFAO

I dont need a youtube channel or post pictures to back my carbon/composite use, but since you guys asked... I am a liscensed FAA A&P mechanic, specializing in carbon structures & composite structures

Creating an CF Composite Access Panel (pressure tested, rigged and mounted a rig)

Pure Carbon Fiber I-Beam (Weight Stress tested to 450 lbs)

- These are basic basic panels, you should see the Gulfstreams I build

Cool stuff, but I'm not building the next space shuttle, I'm simply making my dash "look" different. The process is sufficient for it's purpose. You are just an arrogant and poor excuse for a person.

You’re a mechanic you don’t build Gulfstreams you repair them.
Secondly, what does any of this have to do with civil jet aviation? This is only for aesthetics on a vehicle dashboard. Funny stuff.

Put the dash in. I like the look. It's a lot darker looking in person, the photo makes the highlights look much lighter.

I love it!
Will you do the sliders in the rear too? I think those would be really difficult to do though

Wow, you are the best. Would you mind making me a dash and trim kit for 400 dollars? Since you are the best I’m sure you can. I asked for your YouTube as a joke, as you the crackhead we can watch, but as such a strait shooter, you could not understand the joke. Make sure to wear your respirator or you will continue to not understand that which is written. EVERYONE here understands the difference between diy and professional vacuum oven formed carbon. We are exclaiming on his diy, not comparing him to the aerospace industry. Your carbon may be nice but nobody here cares nor is it what the thread is about.

Please let me know when I can sign up to order from you at diy pricing.

Thanks

Don’t waste your breath. Those type of folks aren’t real car guys/enthusiasts, they’re just arrogant twatnozzles we unfortunately have to deal with from time to time and in worse cases, work with…

All the dash is back in. Im probably gonna take the center shifter out in the warmer weather and wet sand and re clear, I wasn't 100% happy with the clear on it and want to figure a way to better secure the silver trim ring as the added surface keeps it from securing fully in spots. But all in all I'm happy with the look. Just waiting on my carbon wheel to arrive now. 😬 The last picture is for reference only but I'm having a wheel made that looks like that with some red stitching.

For real, looks cool!

I can imagine that it looks a bit chaotic if you want a calm interior and you are easily overloaded visually
