STAR Tranmission Guided Test Putting into Drive (No crank no start)

Hi

I have an issue with my 2003 E55, it's a no crank. I have determined starter is good and wiring at the SAM and engine ECU are good. The issue seems to be from the transmission side.
When I unplug the TCU in the footwell, it will start with the key, when the TCU is plugged in, it doesn't even attempt to start (no terminal 50 CAN msg)

I'm trying to do this test in STAR but I can't put the car into drive using the black bypass switch on the gear selector module. Is there a trick to this or is this an issue in itself?

Here is a picture of the guided test, I can't put it into drive to do the test.

E55 AMG
Could be the interlock on the conductor plate. That's why it stars with the nag plug disconnected.

Yes I'm thinking the same, I just want to put it into drive to check the resistance first though.
