Secondary Air Injection, Full System…
I need the full system for a 2006 CLS55 AMG, it was deleted by the previous owner, however I need it to pass emissions inspection, major headache in progress trying to find it.

Are you sure that the rest is operating correctly?
- Primary O2 sensors
- Secondary O2 sensors
- Primary cats
- Secondary cats
- No exhaust leaks?
etc
Afaik, SAI system only works with cold starts (to heat up the cats faster)

It’s tuned, cats and SAI tuned out so no code, its the visual inspection I’m failing. So I have to figure out how to get cats on the car, both primary and secondary, as well as the SAI system.

I was told by seller it was in good mechanical health and that the sagging suspension was normal when parked. I was none the wiser, car is currently collapsed in my garage, total suspension fail. So far this is the list of issues:
All 4 shocks blown, no cats no SAI, oil leak rear main seal, oil leak oil pan gasket, SRS light on, voltage light on, TPMS light on, dynamic/massage seats dont work, passenger seat fan stays on, rear defroster doesnt work, missing all trunk tire well trim pieces and spare tire, all 4 rotors and pads shot, engine mounts shot, transmission mount shot, front markers don’t work.
103K miles on car.
MB dealer quoted me 30K to fix it all, and told me car isn't worth the repairs.
Its a cluster **** to say the least. I tried to return the car to seller less than 24 hours after the transaction and he told me too bad so sad.
Contacted my attorney for recourse, meeting tomorrow to see what my options are.
Car is unsafe to drive and illegal emissions wise in my state.
Fun times.

Not that much to fix it. Air pump, brakes, mounts all cheap on Ebay. Pipe in aftermarket "legal" cats and you should be good, turn sensors back on with Star. That will pass inspection than the other stuff just pick away.

Looking at the listing, this is a fairly heavily modified car to bring to a state that requires emissions testing. If you are taking to an MB dealer for an estimate on repairs, it does sound like you are not that familar with the platform and are not a DIY person. These cars don't make a lot of sense to own if you cannot do at least most of the work on them yourself.

What state are you trying to pass emissions in?

The complexity of these cars will quickly cause the repair costs to surpass the car's value if you need to pay someone to resolve issues. There is a master's degree level of knowledge on this forum - and it is all free.
