Haha, you guys would faint if you were me! I pay $9,000 a year for both my E55 and my GT-R. Im 24 living in LA and have many speeding tickets in my past. Its not my fault though...the cops are ****ers out here and they speed trap you to death! Only one in the last year though!
Sucks to be me. Oh well, you only live once, might as well live it up.

damn, how do you young'uns afford these cars at your age??? Drugdealers or musicians right? j/k .. Im happy for you.
anyways. I dont know what my exact numbers on coverage are but with USAA I pay $2400 a year for an 04 E55, 03 C4S, 97 Land Rover Disco, and a 95 Land Rover Defender.. (33 years old and married)
The Defender costs me the most money out of all the cars and is worth the least... $500 every 6 months.. It was explained to me that there is some scale on how dangerous a vehicle is, and that is the prime determinent of cost on premiums. The Defender is close to top of the list apparently.

I hate to bring a halt to that party, but when I turned 25 I was told by the insurance that USED to be the case, however, now they lower your insurance a small amount every year instead. I'mnot sure if I believe it or not, but once I got the e55, I switched companies.

The insurance companies are sharks. Our family all uses the same insurance agent. My mom started shopping her and my dad's insurance policies around (home, cars, umbrella, etc.) so our insurance agent told her that he can give them a special 10% off because my Dad has an engineering degree. She said he looked really pissed off when she told him that both her sons had engineering degrees as well and would be calling for their discounts as well. So go Mom, but I get 10% off due to some weird clause somewhere.
If you have Farmer's and have an engineering degree, check it out.
