DC Area E55 owners...
Speroh and I were trying to do 1/4 mile runs at Crofton Raceway. Just found out that only on Fridays and was advised that TON of cars show up as well.
Anyway to make a long story short, we were hoping to get about 8 to 10 E55 owners from the DC area and just rent the track on a Weekday or Weekend so we would have the track to ourselves.
Track is approx $600 to $800 to rent so I figured 8 to 10 of us would averag out to $60 to $80.
Let me know if anyone is interested...
Oh, sorry this is not limited to DC area folks, PA, DE, NJ, NY, anyone is more than welcome!

Ok, that's 4 of us so far...PeterB, VIC, anyone else in the DC area? I think there was an E55 owner from Leesburg or somewhere in Loudon...As the weather is getting cooler, our cars should perform better.

Well, it seems that so far weekday is preferred since Stephens is requesting Thrusday, Speroh and I originally wanted to do this on a weekday. We'll see how many more will want to do this.

Oh, S4s welcome! The more cars we can get, hopefully under 15 cars, the better. Reason for under 15 cars, we'd lke to try to get 3 to 4 runs in each.

I live in bowie, so it's only a few minutes away for me. I don't have a E55, but I would be interested in running my 03 C32. Let me know, I'm in for sure. Weekend would be prefered.

Do any of you guys have helmets? Where can I get one?
Those who have taken their cars to the track may be able to provide some guidance, but I believe that a helmet is required if you are running 12.99 or below.

Why don't you guys join us on SAT 20th of NOV. We are renting MIR for a whole day. It cost between $80-100 only. Its going be fun since most of the cars coming there are street cars. Porsche's, BMW's, etc... are showing up. Its nice to see what the AMG guys do there.

We are going to have another C32 coming too. I will post another thread in this forum as well as the others when i finalize everything with MIR. Your word is enough for me and no need for paying now. Im going to pay the deposit when i finalize everything and u can pay me at the track day.
